Len Bowen has been a licensed Realtor since 1970. He spent 15 years in Boston's South End, where he owned his own real estate agency, sold residential and commercial eal estate, and developed over a dozen properties.

After brief forays to Portland Oregon and New Orleans, Louisiana, Len moved to Provincetown in 1990, working first for Roslyn Garfield Associates, and in 1993 established Harborside Realty.

Since then he has been actively involved in the sale of  homes, condominiums, guest houses and multi-family properties in Provincetown. These years in the business have given him a long perspective and fairly comprehensive knowledge of Provincetown’s housing stock.

Rob Tosner's Provincetown story started around 25 years ago when he began visiting regularly as a vacationer from Long Island, NY. Like many others he fell in love with this special place and wanted to spend as much time as he could here.

In 1998 Rob was fortunate enough to be able to relocate to Provincetown when he became co-owner of the White Wind Inn. For the first several years, he was also able to telecommute to his job as Regional Sales Director for a software company. After leaving the software industry he became the first ever Executive Director of The Provincetown Business Guild, which markets tourism to the Gay and Lesbian market.

Since leaving that position in 2004 he joined Harborside Realty and in 2005 became a co-owner of the business. Rob is an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR, and has worked with buyers on the purchase of residential properties, large and small, as well as commercial properties, particularly B&B's. Rob is a licensed Broker and has a strong track record of working diligently on behalf of his sellers to market and sell their properties. Duane Marie Gregory hails from Waterbury, CT and is a graduate of the University of CT where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

She came to Provincetown shortly after graduation in the spring of 1979….just for the summer!! As so many of us do, she fell in love with Provincetown and has been here year round ever since. 

For 14 years Duane worked as a Dental Assistant in Provincetown and Orleans beginning her familiarity with the people and places of the Lower Cape. 

She began her real estate sales career in 1997 when she joined Harborside Realty.  Over the last eleven years, Duane has established herself with many satisfied Buyer and Seller clients. She will work tirelessly to help you achieve your real estate goals, whether investment oriented or to find your dream home.

Currently serving as the Chair of the Provincetown Board of Health, she has extensive knowledge of the workings of Town Government. 

Duane lives in a restored antique in the West End with her husband, fine woodworker, Ken Gregory, their two dogs and two cats. Together they have renovated several properties.  They enjoy gardening, long nature walks, beaching and boating.

Antonio Ignacio Sanz is from Caracas Venezuela. He has an Engineering degree from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas and a MBA from Boston University, Boston.

After college, he went to work with Schlumberger, an oil company, in La Patagonia Argentina and the Amazon jungle in Peru. In 1999 came to USA to pursue his master degree. He joined the investment department of Liberty Mutual in 2001.

He moved to Provincetown in 2006 and joined Harborside Realty. Since them, he has successfully developed a client base and helped them along the process of buying/selling property.

Antonio enjoys cooking, gardening and boating. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Gary Coxe spent 25 years as an Information Technology Specialist, servicing National Accounts customers for Aetna in Hartford, Connecticut. He worked with companies such as Exxon/Mobile, Disney and Microsoft,  assisting them with implementation of same-sex partner health benefits, a ground breaking issue at the time.

He's worked with other gay and lesbian Aetna employees to form ANGLE, the first openly gay employee network at Aetna. Through ANGLE's efforts, same sex partner benefits were offered to Aetna employees, and a policy of no discrimination based on sexual preference became the norm in the workplace.

After many years of visiting, and then living part-time in Provincetown, owning and managing a guest house, Gary became a full time resident of the Town in 2001. Shortly thereafter that, he joined Harborside Realty where he manages the rental operations.
